Alignment means a lot of different things to different people.

The thing that’s  been helpful for me is a model I’ve spoken about now for a few years. 

 

I discovered it during a time when I fell out of alignment because I followed my “proving” and “significance” wounds instead my soul. 

 

Back in 2018, I started a company that has amazing intentions. 

I wanted to help 7+ figure entrepreneurs and build a collective around that. 

 

I had a vision in my mind and off to the races I went.

I gained massive momentum, quickly. 

 

Mostly because I really know how to scale a 7+ figure business.

The problem? 

 

Each day, I kept making choices that weren’t in my truest alignment. 

I added complexity and made choices that turned the opportunity into an obligation. 

 

And… this happens quickly. 

Extremely quickly.

 

During this time, I met a man called Frederick Dodson.

Someone recommended one of his books.

 

I started reading and I couldn’t put it down. 

I read over 600 pages in a single day. 

 

Then I read 5 more of his books. 

Went on his website and bought 3 months of coaching…

 

And through this… my mind was cracked up. 

For the most part, I was working on personal stuff…

 

But… as time went on, I saw how important the concepts were for business…

And alignment in business…

 

In time… I started using this in my own business…

Then I started to share it with others… 

 

And I saw the impact…

 

A way to align the business so it worked better in every part…

 

How? 

 

Simple…

Every person on the planet has a primary level of consciousness in which they are living their life. 

 

Your business has a level of consciousness…

Your marketing…

Your operations…

Your team…

 

Everything and everyone. 

And if you understand how those levels interact. 

 

Most business issues fall away and alignment occurs more quickly. 

 

What does this look like in reality? 

 

Well… I could go on for hours on explaining examples… but here’s a few…

 

Let’s say that your customer success person is one level of consciousness but your customer is a completely different level…

 There will always be issues. 

 

Let’s say that your marketing funnel was built in a reactive consciousness but you want to attract more intellectual-style customers….

 

You will always attract the wrong folks. They will get worse results and you will get higher rates of complaints, refund requests, and negative word of mouth. 

 

Let’s say that you’re changing your own level, it’s possible your business as it currently exists may no longer be in the realm of what you are willing & able to manage. 

 

You can only manage a business that is within the “range” of your own level of consciousness. 

 

Let’s say you had a day where your level of consciousness was impacted by outside factors and you shoot videos the next day… 

 

It’s possible those videos won’t “hit” the same way as if you went for it after you intentionally “reset” yourself or where enough time passed for you to return to your primary level.

 

Let’s say that you’re on an intuitive level of consciousness, that means that if you don’t a key partner or manager who is on the intellectual level inside of your business…

 

…it will almost never have any real structure and rhythm to it.
